One of the Grand Daddy's of all Rendezvous
will celebrate their 40th Anniversary this year.
Fort De Chartres will be holding their Annual
Summer Rendezvous outside of Prairie Du
Rocher, Illinois. MANY Traders, Merchants,
Craftsman and Reenactors will be selling,
trading and demonstrating their crafts.
Registration and set-up will begin 8 a.m. to 8
p.m May 29th, daily, through May 4th. There
will be a few changes in how the Rendezvous is
run this year. For more information on all the

OCTOBER 2nd - 3rd
The Trapper's of Starved Rock will be holding
their Annual Fall Rendezvous. The Trapper's
will have a great addition to this Rendezvous.
The Living History Reenactors will be joining
the Trapper's in putting on and participating in
the Rendezvous. LHR is a ceremonial group
and will have opening ceremonies both days,
including a fife and drum corp. LHR members
will also have cannon demonstrations and much
